This 2nd floor vacation rental sleeps 6. It has a queen bed in the bedroom,
queen sofa sleeper, and a set of bunk beds built in the hallway.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, TV/VCR in the living room, TV in the bedroom, stereo in the bedroom, and a Nintendo 64 to entertain the
little ones. We have totally redecorated this condo with new ceramic
tile, new furniture, and added a washer and dryer.
Rates:
Spring April 19-May 17 $600 per week
Summer May 17-Labor Day $830 per week
Fall Labor Day-Nov. 1 $480 per week
Spring Break $900 per week/Security deposit $100 per person for spring break (Limit 4 singles per unit)
This is a no smoking, no pets, and primary renter in single groups must
be 21.
