These completely redecorated studio condominiums have a "nautical theme." Choose between a 4th floor overlooking the pool or a seventh floor with a view of the gulf and sunset.
The complex has a baby pool, oversized pool, seasonal snack bar, shuffleboard, and two story sunning deck. There are barbecue grills located in the picnic area.
These vacation condos are no smoking and no pets. We do not rent to singles under 25. These rules are strictly adhered to. All guests must register in the office and may be asked to prove age.
These studios have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, and dishes. There is a 14 x 18 sitting/sleeping area, walkin closet, and bathroom. Linens are furnished.
